Triplex High Pressure Pumps Pressmeddelande

Flojet's New Triplex Series High Pressure Pumps

Designed and destined to be at the cutting edge of the small positive displacement pump technology.

Foothill Ranch, CA (March 20, 2006) Flojet, a leading manufacturer of small electric and air-operated pumps for the RV, Beverage, and Industrial markets has just introduced its new Triplex Series High Pressure Pumps the industrys most advanced pump technology. The proprietary design of the Flojet Triplex pump provides a fluid pressure capacity of 150 psi unparalleled in its class!

These pumps are built with the latest co-injection mold diaphragm technology, which virtually eliminates potential leak paths. This latest innovation offers unequaled performance and life. Flojets unique bypass design is also incorporated into these pumps to give them the ability to adapt to a range of flow rates at a constant pressure. With operating pressures exceeding 140 psi and flow rates up to 2 GPM, the Flojet Triplex pumps are designed to be one of the most versatile pumps on the market today, with applications extending through the industrial, floor care, agricultural, and automotive service industries.

The Flojet Triplex Series High Pressure Pumps are available now in 12 and 24 VDC, in addition to 115 and 230 VAC models. Made from polypropylene and nylon, and available in a selection of elastomers that includes Santoprene, EPDM, and Viton, these Triplex pumps are capable of handling some tough chemicals without corroding. New Flojet Triplex High Pressure
(100/150 PSI) Series Pumps

Flojet is pleased to announce the introduction of the new 3-piston diaphragm pump with pressures up to 150 psi. This design incorporates the diaphragm pump industry's most advanced technology to develop a durable and dependable pump. Key to this pump is the co-molded diaphragm design which eliminates even the possibility of a leak path common in competitive models with a screw fastener holding the diaphragm through the wet end. The pump also has an innovative internal bypass system which not only acts as a relief valve when the pressure goes to high but also regulates the flow curve to make the pump usable across a wider range of flow rates.

Due to its versatility, the available voltages and materials of construction this pump series could be used in a wide range of applications some of which are

• Floor Care:
 – High pressure spraying
 – Water Booster Systems for Truck Mount Extractors

• Agriculture:
 – Spot Sprayers
 – Boom sprayers to reach the tree tops

• Automotive Service:
 – Brake Fluid Exchange
 – Transmission Fluid Exchange
 – Coolant Machines

• Misting Systems
• Water Purification
• Water Dispensers
• Road Rollers
• Street Sweepers

This series of pump was subjected to thorough testing for performance, power consumption and life during its development.. The longevity of this pump compared to competitive models is a testimony of the superior design and manufacturing technology that goes into building this pump. It holds consistent pressure over a period that is more than double that of any competitive model available on the market. Engineering such unique competitive advantages into the product required some breakthrough thinking all through this long development and qualification cycle for this series of pumps.

The voice of the customer and all the stakeholders went a long ways in shaping the product and its features. Some select customers who have been testing this pump have given strong positive feedback. The project team is confident that this series of pump will open many doors and further establish Flojet as the leader in the small diaphragm pump technology leader.
